Project scope & details
Prime completed a 523-square-foot floating LVP installation in Plainville in August 2026. The project combined new room and hallway flooring with carpet removal and disposal, subfloor leveling, baseboard molding work, and LVP installation on 10 stairs.

Preparation
Prime removed and disposed of 533 square feet of carpet. The confirmed preparation and finishing scope also included 3 labor hours of subfloor leveling and 180 linear feet of baseboard molding work.

Installation
The room and hallway flooring was installed using a floating method, with planks fitted around wall corners and door openings. The stair portion of the scope included LVP installation on 10 stairs. The photos show the room and hallway flooring, including its connections to adjoining floor surfaces.

The finished work
Light wood-look planks run through the room and connecting hallway. These views document the installed flooring with perimeter trim still off and some adjoining finish work underway.
