Before you
schedule the work.
Send photos, approximate dimensions, and a short description of the work. Prime will confirm the material details, access, and other arrangements needed before installation is scheduled.
01 / Share the details
For the estimate
- Provide the site town, business use, plans or approximate area, and photos of the existing floor.
- Share the flooring specification, installation instructions, intended traffic, and rolling or fixed equipment.
- Identify the site contact, access rules, operating hours, target dates, and any required project documents.
02 / Plan ahead
Materials and readiness
- Confirm material suitability, quantities, lead times, and the full installation system before scheduling.
- Arrange deliveries and secure storage that meet the product requirements and site rules.
- Assign responsibility for adhesives, transitions, trim, and other installation components.
03 / Before work begins
Access and the space
- Coordinate furniture, merchandise, equipment, and any specialist disconnection before the agreed start.
- Confirm access, parking, loading, work-area boundaries, and communication with occupants.
- Plan reopening around the agreed installation and cure requirements, including moving equipment back into place.

Review labor, preparation, finishing, and any separate responsibilities before making delivery or scheduling arrangements.
