Items to
discuss separately
- Surface preparation does not automatically include structural repair, foundation correction, or framing work.
- Unknown substrate conditions may become visible only after removal and require an updated plan.
- Moisture mitigation, broad floor-height changes, and removal of problematic residue require separate review.
Removal, preparation, installation components, finishing, and cleanup should have a clear owner in the agreed scope. A service guide describes possible work; it does not make every task an inclusion in every estimate.
