Items to
discuss separately
- Baseboard replacement, wall repair, paint, and stain work are not automatic inclusions.
- Existing trim may be damaged during removal or unsuitable for reuse; replacement expectations need discussion.
- Door alteration and larger carpentry work require separate review.
Removal, preparation, installation components, finishing, and cleanup should have a clear owner in the agreed scope. A service guide describes possible work; it does not make every task an inclusion in every estimate.
