Project scope & details
Prime completed a 2,000-square-foot commercial flooring project in Hartford in August 2026. The work included carpet removal, glue-down LVP installation, and cove base installation. This project was completed in one day, with photos documenting the reception area and connecting hallway before, during, and after the work.

Preparation
The existing carpet was removed from the commercial space. The during photo shows the exposed floor and an applied white surface coating before the planks were fitted.

Installation
Glue-down LVP was installed around the existing reception counter and through the hallway doorways. Cove base installation was also included in the scope.

The finished work
The after photo shows wood-look plank flooring continuing around the reception counter and into the hallway, with cove base along the wall perimeter.
