Before you
schedule the work.
Send photos, approximate dimensions, and a short description of the work. Prime will confirm the material details, access, and other arrangements needed before installation is scheduled.

- Send wide photos and close views of corners, drains, penetrations, and visible damage.
- Describe the intended tile work, water exposure, known leaks, and existing layers if known.
- Share plans and any proposed waterproofing products before materials are ordered.
02 / Plan ahead
Materials and readiness
- Confirm a compatible system with the project team before purchasing individual membranes, coatings, or accessories.
- Avoid combining unrelated products or covering existing damage before assessment.
- Agree on who supplies the waterproofing components and what documentation is needed.
03 / Before work begins
Access and the space
- Coordinate access and plumbing or electrical responsibilities with the relevant trades.
- Keep the area clear and arrange an alternate bathroom when the work affects a shower or tub.
- Allow for required checks and cure times before scheduling tile work or returning the area to use.
