Items to
discuss separately
- Demolition, structural changes, significant leveling, waterproofing, and floor heating are separate decisions.
- Plumbing fixture handling and electrical work must have an agreed responsible trade.
- Sealing requirements depend on the selected tile and grout; sealing is not assumed for every project.
Removal, preparation, installation components, finishing, and cleanup should have a clear owner in the agreed scope. A service guide describes possible work; it does not make every task an inclusion in every estimate.
