Items to
discuss separately
- Off-hours schedules, expedited work, special access requirements, and phased mobilization must be agreed in advance.
- Equipment moving, specialist disconnection, hazardous-material work, and building repairs are separate responsibilities.
- Compliance documents, project-specific insurance requirements, and any warranty terms need confirmation before the job is accepted.
Removal, preparation, installation components, finishing, and cleanup should have a clear owner in the agreed scope. A service guide describes possible work; it does not make every task an inclusion in every estimate.
